The Brazilian girl of Indian descent, who features in an item number in Ram Gopal Varma's Department, has now been cast in a new movie by the filmmaker.

"I am going to do an action thriller romantic film starring Rana Daggubati and Nathalia Kaur and the shooting will start very soon," Varma announced on Twitter Saturday.

Earlier, Varma had admitted that he had approached Leone for the item song Dan dan in Department. But when the deal didn't work out with Leone, who will be seen in Jism 2, the offer went to Nathalia.

Varma is glad he cast Nathalia for an item number, as he was able to tap her full potential as an actress.

"Many actresses I know shy away from doing item songs for fear of being typecast. But an item song for a girl is nothing but a moving portfolio. More than a still picture layout for a folio or magazine, an item song will give more details like her dancing and expressing abilities, etc.

"Only because I saw first hand how good Nathalia is in dancing and in her ability to emote in the item song, did I see her potential as an actress," he wrote.

The filmmaker is confident of his choice.

"Apart from being a fantastic looker, the fact that she can also act so very well is what made me decide to do a feature film with her," he added.

The censors displayed unprecedented liberality by passing an inherently violent story like Paan Singh Tomar with a 'UA' certification, which allows it to be a suitable watch under parental guidance. But it wasn't easy for director Tigmanshu Dhulia to get a clearance without toning down the language in the movie.

"Though the film is set in the Indian heartland and the characters speak a rough raw earthy bhasha, they don't use expletives as such. There is only one character played by veteran actor Rajendra Gupta, whose colourful language had the censorboard running for the scissors and gunning for the gaalis (abuses)," said a source close to the project.

Dhulia apparently had to fight tooth and nail to prove that cleaning-out the character's language would be tantamount to emasculating him. He had to wage a long battle, and still he had to finally expunge the expletives from the film, starring Irrfan Khan.

"There was a specially heated argument over one sequence towards the end where Irrfan's character is speaking to Gupta," said the source.

When contacted, Dhulia said: "Yes, the censor board did have a problem with Rajendra Guptaji's dialogues. He plays Irrfan's coach in the film. He uses a certain abuse in his language liberally and frequently.

"While I did agree to do away with most of the objectionable expletives, there's a scene towards the end when Irrfan visits his old coach, who asks, 'Why have you come to see me?' Irrfan says he's come to hear his gaali. Now, to not have a gaali here would be impossible. The whole sequence is based on the gaali."

Dhulia apparently argued his case. But the censor board was adamant, arguing that a 'UA' certification meant children would hear a member of the educational community abusing in a film.

Finally, Dhulia settled for a compromise, and tweaked the abuse.

"I had to make no cuts in my earlier film Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster in spite of its sexual content because it got a straight 'A' certificate. In spite of the film's violent heart, the censor board agreed to give Paan Singh Tomar a 'UA' certificate. That widens my audience spectrum. So then I had to make some adjustments".

Dhulia also had to alter some scenes showing the characters smoking.

"But that's okay. I'm just happy that the censor board is looking at a film with its given specific theme and milieu and not making arbitrary cuts," he added.

Paan Singh Tomar is a biopic on the former national steeplechase champion-turned-bandit. It released Friday.

Verdict: The much anticipated so-called "wedding of the year" is not as dreamy as the teenage girls could imagine from reading. Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 is not only the worst of the film franchise, but its fan-servicing fails miserably as well. It starts off extremely boring before becoming a joke. I believe even the fans of the franchise wouldn't be pleased too. They should've retained the director of the first installment, Catherine Hardwicke. At least with her, it could be maintained as bad instead of worsening. Ah, doesn't matter 'cause the girls are gonna love the movie anyway as long as the actors still look good to them.

Funniest scene: The whole cinema laughed at this one. [SPOILER BEGINS HERE] Bella (Kristen Steward) drinks a cup of donated human blood from a straw [SPOILER ENDS HERE].

Corniest scene: [SPOILER BEGINS HERE] The whole meeting between the werewolves until Jacob (Taylor Lautner) goes back to have a mutual agreement with Edward (Robert Pattinson). "I am the grandson of Ephraim Black. I don't take orders from no one!" "They're not gonna touch her." "Agreed." Let's join forces! *Nods at each other* We're Power Rangers! [SPOILER ENDS HERE]

Post-credit scene: Something to do with the Volturi. Nothing funny so ain't worth waiting for.

To team emo powder face/ necrophilia: Humans protect animal rights while the Cullens protect human rights. What a way to go. Vegetarians are so cute. Anyway, congrats, Edward Cullen finally lost his virginity after living over a hundred years. Too bad he had to lose it to his food and not to mention marrying it before getting it conceived. Is it just me or does his face look very off in the movie?

To team six-pack shorty/ bestiality: Finally Jacob Black's paedophile-ness is revealed! "It's like gravity..." Boy, that scene made the whole cinema burst out laughing. Who's your daddy(-in-law) now, huh?

Still team Alice? No more. Ashley Green doesn't seem as hot as in the previous installments here. Probably 'cause she lost value after the leak of her nude photo.

Why did I watch it? 'Cause I knew it'd be a laughing-stock and new jokes can be made out of it. And besides, it was free of charge.

Malaysian censorship: As far as the fans are concerned, the two of the key scenes are completely cut. *Cough*sex*and*cough*delivery*scene*cough.
